Welcome to Dixie Dazzle Designs. All items are hand made by me in my home studio near Chattanooga, Tennessee. I love creating beautiful, unique jewelry.
I've always been interested in crafting, so designing jewelry seemed like the next logical step. I am a retired medical language specialist and now I can devote myself to my love of creating unique, one of a kind and limited edition jewelry.
All of my designs are one of a kind or limited edition, except the art pendants and cuff link sets. All jewelry is individually designed, so you can be sure that the piece you purchase is unique. Great care is taken to ensure that each piece is made to become a favorite for years to come.
Please note that natural gemstones and other components, such as coral, shell, seeds and freshwater pearls, have inherent characteristics that may appear as flaws. These little "imperfections" are the inclusions, textures, markings, and formations that truly make every creation one-of-a-kind. When natural materials are used the size, shape, and colors will often vary slightly.
I currently offer $4.00 flat rate USA shipping via USPS with insurance.
I ship daily Monday through Friday by USPS First Class.

Refunds, returns & exchanges
NOTE: September & October are my show seasons, so there may be some overlap in removing sold items from this site. I'll send your refund within 3 days.
Most items can be made with matching pieces (i.e. earrings, bracelets, etc.) Please contact me for information and pricing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I want you to be happy with your purchase from me. I gladly accept returns with the following exceptions: The following items can't be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: Custom or personalized orders and earrings (for health/hygiene reasons).
Contact me within 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery with a tracking number.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You may request a cancellation BEFORE your order has shipped. If it has already shipped, you can return it for a refund, less shipping costs.

Can you change my shipping address? No I can't.. The customer needs to change their address at the time of purchase. You are given a few times in the process where you need to make sure the shipping address is correct. The address on the invoice is where the item with be shipped. This is for both our protection.
Can you change the Customs Declaration amount? No, the Customs Declaration will reflect the actual price that was paid.
